Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in property accounting, lease accounting, accounts payable, or rent operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduled and non-invoice rent and partner net client profit payments.
• Own regional oversight of rent payments and partner net client profit.
• Manage end-to-end landlord invoice journey within the region.
• Collaborate with Lease Administration, AP, Treasury and Local Finance for governance.
