Job summary

International Workplace Group plc seeks a Regional Rent Controller (Manager level) to lead day-to-day rent execution, invoicing, and reporting across Metro Manila (flexible). You will own the landlord and partner invoice journey and collaborate with Lease Administration, AP, Treasury, and Local Finance to ensure timely payments.

The role requires 8+ years in property or rent operations, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of improving processes within a regional setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in property accounting, lease accounting, accounts payable, or rent operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial controls.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize work, and resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Own regional rent and partner payments ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Validate rent schedules with Lease Administration and audit teams prior to payments.
• Own end-to-end landlord and partner invoice journey within the region.
• Prepare regional reporting on rent payments, aging, and escalations.
• Collaborate with AP, Treasury and Local Finance; escalate systemic issues.
• Act as regional liaison for Rent and Partner Operations.
