The role collaborates with Lease Administration, Accounts Payable, Treasury and Local Finance, ensuring timely payments, strong controls, and governance while supporting global rent payments with regional depth and accountability.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in property or rent operations and related accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business/finance discipline is required.
• Strong stakeholder management and financial controls experience.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems used in finance.

Aufgaben

• Oversee scheduled and non-invoice rent and partner net client profit payments regionally.
• Own end-to-end landlord and partner invoice journey within the region.
• Coordinate with Lease Administration, AP, Treasury and Local Finance for governance.
• Monitor invoiced rent payments, aging, and exceptions; escalate as needed.
• Prepare regional rent payment timeliness reporting and escalations.
