Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in property accounting, lease accounting, accounts payable, or rent operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial controls.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize work, and resolve operational issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own regional oversight of rent payments, schedules, and partner profits.
• Validate rent schedules prior to payment and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as regional escalation point for delayed or disputed rent invoices.
• Monitor invoice aging and payment timeliness with AP and Treasury.
• Lead end-to-end landlord invoice journey within the region.
