Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Regional Rent Controller at manager level to own end-to-end rent payments, including landlord and partner invoices, across a defined region. The role ensures timely, accurate payments and parity with approved schedules, working between Lease Administration, AP, Treasury and Local Finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in property accounting or rent operations, with strong stakeholder management and ERP experience, based in Metro Manila or flexible to Manila region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in property accounting, lease accounting, accounts payable, or rent operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial controls.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize work, and resolve operational issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own regional oversight of scheduled and non-invoice rent and partner net client profit payments.
• Validate rent schedules with Lease Administration and audit teams before payment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in rent schedules before deadlines.
• Manage invoiced rent and partner net client profit payments and aging.
• Own end-to-end landlord invoice journey within the region.
• Collaborate with AP, Treasury and Local Finance for clear ownership and controls.
• Prepare regional reporting on rent payment timeliness, aging, exceptions.
