Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years in IT, digital solutions, or product management, including 5+ years leading complex implementations or portfolios.
• Experience in QSR or hospitality is strongly preferred.
• Hybrid work (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) in Ortigas, Pasig City.

• Develop and maintain the in-store solutions strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Act as regional product owner for assigned platforms and integrations.
• Plan design, configuration, testing, rollout, and support transition.
• Coordinate country teams, Operations, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure interoperability among POS, SOK, KDS, DMB, loyalty, and payments.
• Define acceptance criteria and lead go/no-go assessments.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
