Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for Instore Solutions to lead planning, implementation, integration, and improvement of in-store technology across the EMEAA region. You will manage POS, kitchen, digital menu boards, inventory, forecasting, and third-party integrations.

You will define requirements, coordinate rollouts, and partner with country teams, Operations, and vendors to ensure robust, scalable solutions. A hybrid work arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig City is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in information technology, digital solutions, restaurant systems, or product management, including 5 years leading large-scale technology projects or managing technology products.
• Certification in product management, project management, Agile, IT service management, or change management is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a hybrid arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week) and be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the long-term plan for in-store technology solutions.
• Lead regional ownership for technology platforms and integrations.
• Define requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Coordinate system rollout, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and costs.
• Monitor performance and ensure security/compliance.
• Support store openings and expansion initiatives.
