Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Product Owner to act as the main link between business strategy, merchant needs, operations, and the development team. You will ensure the app store delivers value and aligns with business objectives.

You will define product vision, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and drive delivery through Agile practices while coordinating with stakeholders to optimize outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Product Owner or similar role delivering software or data solutions.
• Experience in CRM, After-Sales ticketing, or data governance is a strong plus.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, backlog prioritization, and user stories.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and support UAT and releases.

• Define Product Vision: establish objectives and strategic direction.
• Manage Product Roadmap: prioritize features based on business value and merchant needs.
• Manage Product Backlog: translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Product Delivery: collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features via Agile development.
• Align Stakeholders: bridge business and technical teams to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Monitor Product Performance: track KPIs, gather merchant feedback, and drive improvements.
