Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end tender processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) for FM services across multiple portfolios.
Develop tender documentation including scope of works, specs, evaluation criteria, and terms.
Conduct market research to inform sourcing strategies and supplier selection.
Manage tender timelines, communications, and evaluation processes with structured frameworks.
Prepare tender analysis reports and commercial recommendations for stakeholders.
Conduct vendor compliance audits and high-risk vendor reviews with reports.
