Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Makati seeks an experienced Operations Lead to oversee procurement, financial operations, and facilities management for client projects within its regional portfolio, ensuring alignment with SLAs and client requirements.

You will drive vendor performance, negotiate contracts, manage OPEX and CAPEX, and lead safety, sustainability, and compliance programs while coordinating with local teams and global finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
• Total 12+ years in IFM, Maintenance Engineering, Property Management, Construction or Project management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee procurement and vendor management aligned with client and JLL guidelines.
• Direct responsibility on OPEX and CAPEX management and reporting.
• Oversee Facilities, Health & Safety, Engineering & Soft Services operations and audits.
• Lead Risk Management programs, data integrity, and disaster recovery planning.
• Drive profitability initiatives and service improvements across the region.
• Lead client relationships, SLA/KPI reporting, and team development.
