Job summary

You will leverage JLL's systems to track KPIs, produce dashboards, and help drive efficiency in regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting PMOs and project governance.
• Ability to analyze project data and metrics.
• Proven reporting and dashboard preparation.
• Familiarity with procurement and cost estimation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder communication and prepare reports.
• Maintain governance and assurance measures across projects.
• Produce project status updates and dashboards for senior management.
• On-board and train new PMs on JLL technology.
• Collect and analyze project data to identify risks and trends.
• Support cost estimation and budgeting activities for regional projects.
