Prime Infrastructure Capital, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Coordinator to support the PMO in monitoring schedule, progress, cost, risk, and reporting across multidisciplinary teams in Pakil, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in project controls, coordination, planning or PMO.
• Experience in large-scale engineering, construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, consolidation, and validation of project controls data.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, registers, and reporting databases.
• Monitor performance against schedules, milestones, and targets.
• Assist PMO reporting and prepare management updates.
• Support risk, issues, and action tracking.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and other teams.
