51Talk Philippines seeks a dedicated business consultant to manage a portfolio of 20-30 Third-Party Center Owners, ensuring centers are profitable, compliant, and confident in 51Talk.

You will conduct monthly health checks, handle relationship management, and drive expansion by capacity planning and coordinating leases and hardware upgrades with owners. The role requires a consultative mindset, 3+ years in B2B account/franchise support, and willingness to travel within the region.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Account Management, Franchise Support, or SME consulting.
• Consultative mindset to guide business owners toward success.
• Willing to travel within your assigned region and explain technical requirements.

Mansioni

• Conduct monthly operational Health Checks (quality assurance) for partner centers.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for inquiries and review center performance with owners.
• Identify expansion opportunities, ensure lease renewals and hardware upgrades are completed on time.
