51Talk seeks a dynamic Field Sales professional to identify and convert aspirational individuals into Third Party Center Partners. You will launch 2+ centers monthly in your territory, travel 50–80% of the time, and ensure each center meets quality and internet standards.

Responsibilities cover prospecting, on-site ROI audits, and hands-on launch support, with a focus on data-driven decisions and AI literacy. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• -3+ years in Field Sales, Insurance, Real Estate, or Franchise Acquisition; comfortable selling intangibles and future earnings.
• Willing to travel 50% to 80% of the time to far-flung areas.
• Financial literacy; able to show partners when they will breakeven.
• Tech and AI literate.
• Self-motivated, passionate about sales and goal-oriented.
• Ability to speak local dialect (e.g., Ilocano, Bisaya) preferred.

Responsabilités

• The Hunt: scout potential Tier 2/3 cities and attract Center Owners with seminars.
• The Pitch: act as a business consultant to explain ROI to investors and validate ROI.
• The Launch: guide new partners for 30–60 days to open centers on time and meet targets.
