Company Confidential in Manila is seeking an Area Manager to oversee seven branches in the North, ensuring strong operations, customer service, and compliance with standards. You will develop Branch Managers, manage inventory, and drive retention, satisfaction, and issue resolution.

The role requires leading several branches, coaching managers, and maintaining consistent service quality across sites, with a focus on KPIs, staff development, and proactive escalation handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in a similar role in multi-branch operations.
• Experience managing multiple branches or locations simultaneously.
• Willing to travel between branches as needed.
• Strong track record of coaching, mentoring and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 7 branches in the North region ensuring operational quality and customer service.
• Develop and coach Branch Managers and supervisors; grow branch capability.
• Monitor inventory, sales retention, and KPI performance; drive action plans when targets underperform.
• Liaise with facilities on equipment/connectivity escalations; ensure standard SOP adherence.
