GR8 Global Philippines is seeking an experienced operational administrator to lead the PH region. You will drive company-wide operational goals, optimize processes, and supervise regional staff and office facilities. The role demands strong budget management, discretion, and professional communication.

You will support budgeting, timekeeping, and KPI tracking while ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment across multiple offices in the Philippines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or related field.
• 7–10+ years in office administration or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office and reporting.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Discreet, professional handling of sensitive information.
• Self-directed with leadership and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and firm expectations.

Mansioni

• Function as operational administrator for the Philippines Region, leading the implementation of company-wide operational goals and special projects.
• Review, develop, and ensure implementation of process improvements that contribute to efficiency and profitability.
• Review staffing, facilities plans to meet future needs.
• Manage office facilities, contracts, and service providers.
• Oversee use of space and resources in each Philippine office.
• Maintain high-quality administrative services and resolve issues.
• Direct regional support staff and recommend staffing changes.
• Prepare and oversee operating and capital budgets.
• Manage regional Finance policies and timekeeping/expense activities.
• Track budget performance and report variances.
• Generate weekly reports for firm-wide leaders.
• Assist with new office locations, relocations, remodels, closures.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.
