Job summary

GSK in Philippines seeks a hands-on Real Estate, Facilities and EHS leader to run daily operations, safety programs and vendor management across sites. You will partner with site teams and regional experts to deliver compliant, efficient workplaces that support patient-focused outcomes.

The role requires strong communication in English and Filipino, and a proactive approach to problem solving with a focus on safety and inclusion. Occasional regional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing facilities, real estate, or EHS operations.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, service providers, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Good knowledge of local building codes, safety, environmental, and health regulations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino, both written and spoken.
• Practical problem‑solving skills with a focus on clear and timely communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of real estate and facilities to ensure compliance, safety, and business continuity.
• Oversee relationships and contracts with service providers, landlords, and suppliers to deliver quality and cost-effective services.
• Lead workplace safety and environmental health programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and corporate EHS standards.
• Support planning and delivery of infrastructure and capital projects from initiation through handover.
• Monitor performance through audits, inspections, and key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace experience, efficiency, and sustainability.
