Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience in F&B or retail operations, franchise supervision, or multi-unit management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for analyzing store performance metrics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Willing to engage directly at store level to support operations and mentor teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally and perform field-based work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate pre-opening activities, ensuring operational and staffing readiness before launch.
• Develop Local Store Marketing strategies aligned with brand goals to drive regional revenue growth.
• Conduct regular field visits to audit SOPs, food safety, and brand standards; implement corrective actions.
