My Happy Concept Group in the Philippines seeks an operations leader to oversee daily branch operations across multiple sites in Metro Manila, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. You will supervise performance, conduct regular visits, and drive improvements to service quality and efficiency.

This role coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage construction, renovations, and repairs, monitors schedules and budgets, and reports progress to management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage daily operations for assigned branches
• Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Conduct regular branch visits to assess operations, service quality, and overall branch condition
• Ensure consistent implementation of company procedures across all assigned branches
• Address operational issues and provide timely, appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth branch operations
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance branch efficiency
• Oversee and monitor construction, renovation, and repair projects across assigned branches
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and maintenance personnel to ensure projects are completed on time
• Monitor construction progress, workmanship, and compliance with company standards and safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections to assess project status and identify issues requiring corrective action
• Ensure construction materials, equipment, and resources are properly utilized
• Monitor project schedules and expenses to ensure completion within approved timelines and budgets
• Report project updates, delays, and construction-related concerns to management
• Ensure newly constructed or renovated branches are ready for business operation
