JobAdder Operations Pty is seeking a high-ambition sales leader to define territory strategy, open new OEM accounts, and shape how the company competes regionally in the Midwest-inspired market. You will sell a broad portfolio across engines, powertrain, and related services to OEMs with multi-year cycles.

As the region grows, you will have a clear path toward leading OEM and aftermarket resources, balancing ambiguity with decisive execution to build durable, scalable programs.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling to OEMs in complex, technical environments.
• Track record of building new business from scratch.
• Interest in building and eventually leading a regional team.
• Experience managing 12-36 month sales cycles from concept to production.
• Technical aptitude to lead application-based discussions with engineers.
• Prefer 5+ years in OEM or program-based technical sales.
• Prefer background in engines, powertrain, or industrial equipment.
• Prefer application engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a target account list and pipeline of new OEM opportunities.
• Lead engagement from concept through quoting, prototyping, and program launch.
• Assess customer applications, align the right power solutions, and bring in engineering resources as needed.
• Build credibility with engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Expand existing opportunities into larger programs through structured account strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and production so that wins become repeatable, scalable programs.
• Share competitive and market intelligence to shape regional strategy.
