Ammega Group seeks a senior sales leader with 10+ years’ OEM experience in power transmission and related components. The role covers domestic and export opportunities, delivering technical belting solutions and timely service, while building strong customer relationships and revenue growth.

The position requires deep knowledge of HEMM construction equipment, automotive OEMs, and ISO/TS standards, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in Engine drive components/HEMM.
• 10+ years OEM experience in power transmission sales & service.
• Experience in HEMM construction equipment, agriculture, automotive OEM segment.
• Knowledge of TS16949/ISO 9001, PPAP, customer audits, quality & OEM requirements.
• Strong communication and ability to develop customer relationships and lead teams.
• Proven ability to forecast, multi-task and achieve KPIs in global work environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and penetrate market potential through OEMs and geographies.
• Lead generation, reach out and convert to business opportunities domestically and for exports.
• Provide technical selling for belting solutions and resolve customer complaints timely.
• Build customer-centric relationships to generate new business and ensure timely service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet OEM requirements and business objectives.
• Deliver revenue growth and timely collections.
• Analyze demand and balance supply to meet OEM requirements.
• Negotiate with OEMs for direct and indirect items to improve profitability.
• Coordinate with global teams in a diverse environment.
