Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in electronics or biomedical engineering.
• More than 3 years of service engineering experience.
• Good written and spoken English; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to cross-cultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote, on-site support for medical imaging products and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support distributors and engineers, aligning with local business needs.
• Contribute to regional projects and quality plan implementation.
• Monitor service delivery performance and escalate issues to HQ when needed.
• Lead new product service introductions and assist with first-unit deployment.
