Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site support for medical imaging product issues and ensure key account satisfaction.
Empower distributors' engineers to match local business needs.
Support the delivery of major regional projects and the implementation of quality plans.
Monitor regional service delivery and bridge issues to HQ to accelerate resolution.
Lead new product service introduction, drive qualification for new products, and support first-unit deployments on-site.
