• Min 2 years of experience in calibration, repair, validation, qualification for medical/pharmaceutical equipment.
• Availability to travel globally 70%.

Responsibilities

• Installation, removal, and relocation of technical equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct on-site repairs to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.
• Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide remote assistance.
• Investigate technical problems reported by customers through remote channels.
• Identify underlying causes through analysis and diagnostics.
• Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide remote assistance.
• Prioritize and schedule field service activities based on urgency and business impact.
• Plan and execute on-site corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
