Job summary

Biosite Medical Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of medical devices and diagnostic equipment at client sites.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 1–3 years of field service experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. Willingness to travel and work at client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in medical device servicing or field service engineering preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, and maintain medical devices and diagnostic instruments at client sites.
• Troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and calibrations.
• Provide technical assistance and product support to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and submit service reports, equipment status updates, and other technical records after each visit.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and principals on schedules, parts, and after-sales support.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and service protocols.
