ZALORA is Asia’s leading online fashion, beauty, and lifestyle destination. We are seeking a CRM/Retention Marketing specialist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across our regional markets from the Philippines footprint.

The role requires 3–5 years in CRM/retention marketing, strong data-driven decision making, and experience with MoEngage, Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo. Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin for copy and localization is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on CRM/retention marketing experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital subscriptions.
• Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns (email + push; SMS/WhatsApp/app inbox a plus).

Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Execution: lead content calendar and CRM campaigns across regional markets, and set up campaigns in the CRM platform.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: track performance, run A/B and multivariate tests, and report learnings to stakeholders.
