ZALORA Manila is seeking a Partnerships Executive to coordinate campaign delivery and reporting, working with the offshore commercial team to support Marketing by GFG platform processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign briefs into clear action plans, timelines, deliverables and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate campaigns and partnerships from brief through completion, ensuring requirements, products, creative assets, approvals, budgets and deadlines are effectively managed.
• Monitor campaign progress, coordinate inputs from clients and internal stakeholders, and proactively manage risks, dependencies and missing information.
• Set up, maintain and update accurate campaign records across Marketing by GFG, Monday.com, Excel and other relevant systems.
• Conduct campaign quality and readiness checks, resolving errors, inconsistencies or missing details before launch.
• Prepare accurate campaign, sales and performance reports, management updates, client review materials and post-campaign analysis.
