Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Leasing Managers and oversee a cluster of malls to maximize occupancy.
• Plan and implement strategies to attract new retail tenants and concepts.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships to promote occupancy across mall properties.
• Prepare forecasts and plan the business cycle to optimize mall value and profitability.
