Job summary

SM Center Pulilan is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to develop strategies that maximize tenant occupancy and curate the best tenant mix for our mall. The role involves coordinating leasing, sales and marketing efforts to boost occupancy and rental income.

You will negotiate lease agreements, build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, and lead strategic planning to ensure target occupancy levels are met, while adhering to mall policies and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial real estate leasing, preferably retail/shopping centers.
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing lease agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with tenants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to maximize tenant occupancy and optimize mall occupancy.
• Advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts and contract compliance.
• Oversee integration of sales and marketing to improve tenant performance and rental income.
• Achieve tenant satisfaction within mall regulations and company policies.
