Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Regional Leasing Head to lead a team of Leasing Managers across multiple malls. This role focuses on maximizing occupancy and profitability by attracting new tenants and maintaining strong tenant relationships.

The ideal candidate will plan strategic initiatives, forecast business cycles, and optimize mall value across the region, ensuring robust growth and consistent performance of the shopping centers under supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent.
10 years of experience in business development, property leasing, tenant management, sales and marketing and/or brand management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan effectively with high organizational skills; detail-oriented.
Strong background in customer service and a wide professional network.

Responsibilities

Manage a group of Leasing Managers and oversee a cluster of malls to maximize occupancy.
Plan and implement strategies to attract new retail tenants and concepts.
Maintain positive tenant relationships to promote occupancy of mall properties.
Prepare forecasts and plan the business cycle to optimize mall value and profitability across malls under supervision.
