Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing/Finance or equivalent.
• 10 years of experience in business development, property leasing, tenant management, sales and marketing and/or brand management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of Leasing Managers and oversee a cluster of malls to maximize occupancy of leasable spaces.
• Plan and implement strategies to attract new retail tenants and concepts.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships to promote occupancy and mall profitability.
• Prepare forecasts and plan the business cycle to optimize mall value and profitability across malls under supervision.
