Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Business Development Specialist to identify and develop new business opportunities within Iloilo City and the surrounding Iloilo region. The role focuses on expanding the client base, penetrating local industries, and promoting end-to-end logistics solutions.

The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, strong prospecting and negotiation skills, and be comfortable with field-based selling in a dynamic, regional market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience; logistics background is an advantage.
• Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable with field-based selling.
• Familiarity with Iloilo regional business landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients across industries such as FMCG, retail, manufacturing, and trading.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis within the region.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and industry referrals.
• Prepare commercial proposals and pricing solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure feasibility and service capability before closing deals.
• Achieve assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports.
• Represent the company in local industry events and business forums.
