Job summary

HRTx Inc is hiring a Business Development Specialist in the Philippines to identify and close new business opportunities across key industries. You will map markets, generate leads through field visits, and craft proposals while coordinating with operations to ensure feasibility before deals close.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business-related fields and 2–5 years of B2B sales experience; logistics background is advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, logistics background is a plus.
Strong prospecting and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and comfortable with field-based selling.
Familiarity with the Tacloban region and regional business landscape.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new clients across FMCG, retail, manufacturing, and trading.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis within the region.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Prepare commercial proposals and pricing aligned with client requirements.
Coordinate with operations to confirm feasibility and service capability before closing deals.
Achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting reports.
Represent the company at local industry events and forums.
