Our Clients seeks a Mall Leasing Senior Manager in the Philippines to develop leasing strategies and maximize mall occupancy and revenue. You will oversee tenant acquisition, negotiations, and management to ensure a competitive tenant mix aligned with our mall's positioning.

The role requires 7–10 years in mall leasing, a proven occupancy and revenue track record, and strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in retail, commercial, or mall leasing.
• Proven track record in driving occupancy and rental revenue.
• Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain an optimal tenant mix aligned with mall positioning and trends.
• Source, acquire, and manage tenants across F&B, retail, services and entertainment.
• Lead lease negotiations and set favorable terms with tenants and brokers.
• Monitor performance, address vacancies, renewals, and tenant concerns.
