Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced Operations Leader in Manila to manage area-level Fulfillment Center operations. You will drive KPI performance, oversee manpower planning, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless, high-quality service across all centers.

Responsibilities include monitoring SLA/TAT, analyzing data to inform decisions, and implementing sustainable improvements to prevent recurring issues while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or retail chain Operations.
• Strong operational acumen with KPI, SLA, productivity, TAT, quality, and cost management.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
• Proven team leadership and manpower planning across multiple teams or sites.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management with cross-functional execution capability.
• Root-cause analysis experience and implementation of sustainable improvements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills for high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor area-level operations across Instant Fulfillment Centers.
• Drive FEC performance and KPIs; identify trends and actions to improve productivity and service levels.
• Lead manpower planning and team productivity; optimize resource allocation to match business volume.
• Monitor SLA, TAT, productivity, and service quality to align with customer expectations.
• Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports; provide actionable insights for reviews and decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations and timely execution.
• Identify operational gaps and drive corrective actions for sustainable improvements and prevent recurrence.
