Required Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Business Administration

Experience

• Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Possess a “can do” attitude and client service mentality.
• Ability to proactively manage expectations and challenge others in a professional manner.

Essential Skills

• Project Management experience.

• Curiosity, a strong desire to learn.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Data Visualization experience; background in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, etc.
• Background with Deck Writing.
• Strong communication skills; able to write and communicate in English competently.
• Knowledge with Power BI and Alteryx is a plus.
