Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth across the Philippines, overseeing sales operations and strategic expansion. The role involves managing high-growth projects, building local and international partnerships, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will drive market expansion, monitor performance, and ensure targets across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/MBA a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years experience spanning operations and sales with nationwide exposure across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
• Experience working with clients/partners outside the Philippines across time zones.
• Proven track record leading projects from concept to launch, scaling, or managing high-growth categories.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L management experience.
• Proficient with MS Office; SFA/DMS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development, sales, and market expansion strategies.
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships, channels, and revenue sources.
• Manage local and international clients, partners, and stakeholders across time zones.
• Lead projects from conceptualization through launch, implementation, scaling, and monitoring.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and full profit and loss performance.
• Monitor sales, operations, financial, and market performance and recommend actions.
• Lead and develop sales, operations, and cross-functional teams across regions.
• Coordinate with finance, marketing, sales, operations, supply chain to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare business proposals, performance reports, presentations, and management recommendations.
• Support nationwide business operations and ensure targets, budgets, and timelines are met.
