Job summary

Ace Promotion and Marketing Corporation is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive growth and ensure efficient regional operations. You will oversee Area Operations Managers, manage client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements across the Northern Mindanao region.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business/Marketing, FMCG experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• College graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any related course.
• Background in FMCG.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations management, account management, distribution, or marketing and promotions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience handling field operations teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and operational reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple operations, projects, and stakeholders within a regional scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with client goals and service level agreements.
• Oversee the performance, deployment, and productivity of Area Operations Managers and field personnel within the assigned region.
• Ensure compliance with labor standards, company policies, and occupational safety regulations.
• Manage operational budgets and promote cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
• Monitor trade activities, merchandising execution, and field performance to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead crisis and issue management, including deployment concerns, client issues, and operational disruptions.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other support departments to ensure proper manpower planning, payroll, billing, and reporting.
• Oversee operational reporting systems and ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders to maintain satisfaction and support business growth.
• Identify market trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for expansion within the region.
