About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join Motor Ace Philippines, Inc. in the Mimaropa and Bicol region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in overseeing and optimising sales operations across the region. As Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing regional sales performance, and ensuring that our dealership network operates at peak efficiency. This role is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst achieving ambitious sales targets and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the regional sales network, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyse regional sales performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing strategies to achieve or exceed targets
• Coordinate with multiple dealership locations to ensure consistent brand representation and customer service standards
• Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Manage budgets and resources effectively whilst maintaining cost control across the region
• Lead and motivate regional teams, providing guidance, coaching and support to drive performance and professional development
• Liaise with senior management and provide regular reporting on regional performance, challenges and opportunities
• Ensure adherence to automotive industry regulations and Motor Ace Philippines, Inc. compliance requirements
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with corporate objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealership partners and customers

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales operations management, preferably within the automotive industry or a similar fast-paced sales environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing regional sales teams and achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, dealership operations and industry standards
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use sales metrics and KPIs to drive decision-making
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with experience in sales management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region as required
