• Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee inventory control, logistics, and event execution within the territory.
• Prepare timely operational reports with analysis and recommendations.
• Support project activations and coordinate with business partners for successful execution.
