Job summary

Limagrain, HM.CLAUSE, is seeking a General Manager for Mexico, Central America & the Caribbean to lead regional strategy and performance. You will oversee P&L, drive growth, governance and risk management while coordinating with regional and global teams to maximize value across the MECC region.

You will build a high-performing organization, ensure compliance, and deliver sustainable profitability in a dynamic, multicultural environment. English and local language fluency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• MBA preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Minimum 5 years of management with full P&L accountability.
• Experience in the vegetable seed industry or related sectors.
• Strong English and local language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional strategy for MECC.
• Hold full P&L accountability for revenue, margin and cash flow.
• Lead, develop and optimize a high-performing organization.
• Drive commercial and operational excellence across Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Translate strategy into actionable business plans with governance and risk management.
