Job summary

Vilebrequin is seeking a Mexico Regional Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of the brand for a specific region in Mexico. You will drive operational excellence, support staff development, maintain the brand image and profitability through strategic planning and leadership.

Responsibilities include corner visits, staff mentoring, inventory coordination, vendor relations, and reporting to the Mexico Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corner operations and field management in Mexico.

• Monitor POS performance and drive sales profitability.
• Coordinate inventories and product transfers.
• Recruit, schedule staff, and ensure training compliance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational and inventory reports.
