Job summary

WebBeds is seeking a General Manager to lead regional operations in the Philippines and drive commercial success across contracting, partnerships and sales. You will oversee budgeting, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.

You will mentor teams, optimize processes, and stay ahead of market trends to strengthen our market position and partner value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Business Administration or Hospitality/ Tourism.
Analytical mindset with ability to review supplier performance and optimise results.
Independent, proactive and highly responsible approach to work.
Customer-focused with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to network across the organisation to leverage a global partner network.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional commercial strategy for revenue growth and market expansion.
Lead contracting and partnerships with hotels and accommodation providers.
Drive sales performance through leadership and data-driven strategies.
Mentor and manage teams to optimise performance and collaboration.
Improve operational efficiency and ensure exceptional partner service.
Collaborate with Marketing, IT and Finance to align company objectives.
Manage budgets and monitor expenses and revenue against targets.
Stay informed on market trends and competitive developments.
Oversee opening of new offices and recruitment/relocation of key staff.
Carry out ad hoc duties to support business needs.
