Job summary

Forest Lake Development, Inc. in Davao City is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead project financials, cash flow, and profit/loss analysis.

You will evaluate project economics, set pricing to maximize profitability, review reports, and drive budget planning across regional operations. A CPA with a degree in Accountancy and 5+ years’ experience is preferred. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP Business One and MS Office are valued.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy.
• Candidate must possess a CPA License
• With at least 5+ years of experience in business finance and accounting.
• With relevant experience in financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Proven work experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
• Can work independently with minimum supervision and with accountability for the results.
• Advance skill in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
• Knowledge in SAP Business One is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Financial Reports of projects assigned especially the Cash Flow and Profit Loss Statement.
• Project life evaluation and making sure desired profit is obtained.
• Determine the right pricing of products to maximize profit.
• Review monthly Landowner's Report and recommends approval.
• Maintain a data on how much is the Net Present Value of each project assigned.
• Manage the budget and financial planning processes for assigned Projects.
• Recommends improvements in budget process and accounting.
• Prepare financial forecast of new projects that will introduced in the region.
• Work closely to accounting to make sure accurate financial reports.
• Review and recommend request for payment files through e-RFP.
• Work closely with Regional General Manager for all the financial reports/forecasts that the region may need
