Job summary

Forest Lake Development, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Finance Manager to lead financial operations for multiple projects. You will prepare cash flow, P&L, forecasts, and NPV analyses to drive profitability and pricing decisions.

Collaborating with accounting and regional management, you will strengthen financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes while maintaining data integrity and CPA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a CPA with a degree in accountancy.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in finance.
• Strong financial modeling and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Financial Reports of projects assigned, especially Cash Flow and Profit Loss Statements
• Conduct project life evaluation and ensure desired profit is obtained
• Determine the right pricing of products to maximize profit
• Review monthly Landowner's Report and recommend approval
• Maintain data on Net Present Value of each project assigned
• Manage budget and financial planning processes for assigned projects
• Recommend improvements in budget process and accounting
• Prepare financial forecasts of new projects to be introduced in the region
• Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial reports
• Review and recommend request for payment files through e-RFP

About the role

This role involves managing financial operations and reporting for assigned projects, including the preparation of cash flow statements, profit and loss statements, and financial forecasts. You will evaluate project lifecycles to ensure desired profitability, determine optimal product pricing, and maintain financial data including Net Present Value calculations. The position requires close collaboration with accounting teams and regional management to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

About you

• Graduate of Accountancy

• Proven work experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and with accountability for results
• Advanced skill in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in SAP Business One is a plus
