Job summary

Forest Lake Development Inc. is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead project accounting, reporting, and budgeting across assigned projects. The role emphasizes accuracy in financial statements, forecasting, and process improvement.

Responsibilities include pricing analysis, PV/NPV tracking, and collaboration with regional leadership to deliver timely financial insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy, with CPA license.
• At least 5+ years of experience in business finance and accounting.
• Experience in financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Proven work experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in SAP Business One is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports of projects assigned, especially Cash Flow and Profit & Loss statements.
• Evaluate project life to ensure desired profit is obtained.
• Determine the right pricing of products to maximize profit.
• Review monthly Landowner's Report and recommend approval.
• Maintain data on Net Present Value of each project.
• Manage budget and financial planning processes for assigned projects.
• Recommend improvements in budget process and accounting.
• Prepare financial forecasts for new regional projects.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reports.
• Review and recommend payment requests through e-RFP.
• Collaborate with Regional General Manager for all financial reports/forecasts required by the region.

• Project life evaluation and making sure desired profit is obtained.
• Determine the right pricing of products to maximize profit.
• Review monthly Landowner's Report and recommends approval.
• Maintain a data on how much is the Net Present Value of each project assigned.
• Manage the budget and financial planning processes for assigned Projects.
• Recommends improvements in budget process and accounting.
• Prepare financial forecast of new projects that will introduced in the region.
• Work closely to accounting to make sure accurate financial reports.
• Review and recommend request for payment files through e-RFP.
• Work closely with Regional General Manager for all the financial reports/forecasts that the region may need

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy.
• Candidate must possess a CPA License
• With at least 5+ years of experience in business finance and accounting.
• With relevant experience in financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Proven work experience in financial reporting and analysis.

• Can work independently with minimum supervision and with accountability for the results.
