CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a capable accounting professional to apply cash and accrual principles in preparing, analyzing, maintaining, and delivering comprehensive financial reports for a moderately complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties.

The role handles accounts payable and receivable, manages budgets, and analyzes financial data related to properties. Collaboration with property managers and other teams ensures accurate reporting and adherence to internal controls.

Formación

• Performs intermediate to advanced accounting transactions for client financial statement packages.
• Creates and posts journal entries; ensures expenses, receipts, distributions, and funding requests are posted.
• Prepares monthly financial reports including bank reconciliations and site-level analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with property manager to ensure compliance and assist in annual budgets.
• Adhere to client accounting policies to meet reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with Billing and Collection to maintain/update accounts receivable and support acquisitions.
