Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in property management accounting, real estate finance, or related industry.
• Minimum 2 years in year-end audit and tax compliance.
• Strong understanding of property management and real estate development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial reports for a portfolio of CBRE clients and properties.
• Post journal entries and ensure expenses, receipts, and distributions are recorded.
• Prepare monthly financial reports including bank reconciliations and Dues schedules.
