CBRE Philippines is seeking a Finance Coordinator in Taguig City to provide administrative and financial support to the Finance team, including reporting, reconciliations, and expense monitoring. You will work with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting, or financial administration.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup, and financial reporting).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems and BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, reconciliations, and records.
• Support month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities with data consolidation and analysis.
• Coordinate and track invoices, purchase orders, and expense submissions.
• Monitor project expenditures and assist with reconciliations.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist with management reporting, dashboards, audits, and process improvements.
