Job summary

Nestlé Philippines, Inc. is seeking a regional sales support professional to assist in the regional review processes and planning inputs.

The role focuses on analyzing data, supporting OPL baselines, and coordinating regional initiatives to improve efficiency across channels and distributors. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel and PowerBI, with at least two years in FMCG, preferably in field sales, and a strong analytical mindset to deliver insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be highly proficient in Excel and advanced reporting tools.
• Analytical with experience in insighting and reporting.
• At least 2 years experience in the FMCG industry preferably in field sales.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate regional review of issues and opportunities and provide regional input to the annual integrated commercial planning process.
• Support the Regional Sales Manager in reviewing total region's OPL baselines and uplifts and propose an OPL breakdown per Channel/Distributor/Customer.
• Support other regional initiatives, activities and reporting requirements (e.g. ageing stocks report, flush out activities, seasonal merchandisers, regional office management).
• Support Field Sales Managers with expertise on ICP & MBPProcess and Standards.
• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
